Brandon earned his degree at the Florida Culinary Institute in West Palm Beach in 2003, and he’s been honing his skills ever since. His professional experience includes several years at the Wyndham Grand in Jupiter and 15 years at the Breakers in Palm Beach before he joined Piper’s in 2022.

Brandon’s duties include choosing and ordering ingredients and supplies, developing menus, overseeing meal preparation, and interacting with guests. “The members and staff have all been welcoming and friendly,” Brandon says. “I admire the team-oriented approach of the organization. It makes for a great work environment.”

Born in Michigan, Brandon came to Florida with his family when he was only six years old. He’s definitely a Floridian now! He and his wife Melinda and their three very active children live in Palm City.
