Our Security Department operates 365 days a year, around-the-clock. It's staffed by 13 security professionals with backgrounds in either military, law enforcement or both. On a day-to-day basis, the two primary functions the staff performs are: Access Control and High Visibility Patrols of our 600-plus acres.
The entire staff receives annual training in responding to medical emergencies that include First Aid training, CPR and the use of defibrillators. All are trained in response to every type of emergency imaginable.
Additional daily duties include: vacant house checks, unlocking Member's homes for approved service personnel, community patrols, responding to alarms and emergencies and maintaining the secure integrity of community buildings and property.
