Piper’s Landing Deep Water Marina Newly Reconstructed for Boats from 25’ – 75’ Our Piper’s Landing deep water marina just underwent a $1,000,000 reconstruction in 2007 and now consists of 49 slips that can accommodate boats from 25’ to 75’. It is considered by many south Florida skippers as one of the best on the east coast. The reasons they give: LOCATION, LOCATION, and LOCATION….and it’s PROTECTED. LOCATION: Access to the largest bodies of inland water on the East Coast of Florida, both the North and South Fork of the St. Lucie River and the Indian River, which provide access to the Inter Coastal Waterway, access to the west coast of Florida via the Okeechobee Waterway and north and south from Norfolk, VA. To Miami, FL.   1/2 hour  to the Atlantic Ocean via the St Lucie Inlet PROTECTED: Protected from heavy winds and high tides, some refer to our location as a great "natural hurricane hole".  When hurricanes are coming, we get requests from non-members asking if they can bring their boat to our marina.   Guarded by our Security Staff 24/7.
