Quite simply: the people. Yes, our many amenities are excellent, but our members chose Piper's because they visited here and met people they thought they'd like as their neighbors. Ask anyone and they'll tell you about their Piper's friends. Our new golf course is wonderful, we just built a new lighted tennis court, so we have a total of 5, and our newly renovated marina is considered to be one of the few natural hurricane holes on the east coast of Florida. But all this aside, if you're looking here with the idea of having either a second home or a new primary one, you have to visit and meet us.
